Welcome to my blog. We are a little late this month with our post so we apologize especially since it is almost Father’s Day and we missed Mother’s Day. This blog is dedicated to both events.
Here are just a few of the great finds I came across in our store recently.
Some lovely ceramic lamps that we are in the process of renewing. Keep an eye out for photos of these lamps that will be featured in our upcoming blog.
We have recently received some vintage jewellery in our store that will help add interest to any outfit.
Come in and look around regularly as we are continuously receiving new items daily!!
One of the great little known benefits of thrift store shopping is that it’s always good fun to rummage through a thrift store. It’s even more fun when you come across that unanticipated great find at an affordable price.
May was a busy month for spring cleaning, gardening, and general organization for the summer months. Be sure to come into our store for all of your summer needs.
It’s was also Mother’s Day! We know we’re late!!
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY
MAY IS THE MONTH OF MARY
MAY IS ALSO THE MONTH OF WHEN SPRING IS AT THE HEIGHT OF ITS BEAUTY
Blue Solar Water – Based on an ancient Hawaiian tradition
Water that has been poured into blue glass jars and bottles, and then left in the sun can be beneficial to your health. According to Hawaiian tradition the sun transforms water into purified healing water. You can drink it, wash with it, brush your teeth with it., etc.
Teacups and Candles make a nice vignette
This represents travel – the books represent the history of the destination. The bowl of fruit represents local food. The birdcage represents the release from Covid. TIM
